There are several Excel files stored on an Nt 4.0 Server. This user opens one of the Excel files over the network on an Nt 4.0 Workstation. This file is not protected. When the user goes to Insert/Worksheet this option is not available. Several Excel files are this way. One of these files was opened on 4 other workstations and the same problem was encountered, so it is not machine specific. We gave this user the idea to create a new Excel file and copy and paste all the data. After this was done the user could insert/worksheet easily.
Is there any way to correct the corrupt file which will allow the user to insert/worksheet without going the long way around creating new files?
