I have one user who on a daily basis tries to print but the printer is offline. I am able to login to the web interface and restart the printer which typically resolves the issue but I need a more permanent solution.
She’s running XP Pro SP3 printing to a Canon IR4570 printer that’s shared via Server 2003. I’m thinking it’s an AD issue since I ended up swapping out the computer (unrelated issue) and the user’s still experiencing the offline issue.
