Hi,
I’m consulting for a very small (2 person) jewelry business, and they want just a bit more than excel can provide, and we want it on the web so that we can all access it. seems like most web-based databases have monthly fees that put them above $250 a year, which seems high since you can buy ACT and other contact management software for just $200. ACT is fine, really, but they don’t have a web-based solution, except one that requires a server, which we don’t have.
We just want something that will keep track of customers and their orders and be able to pull lists of people who ordered gold jewelry, or those who ordered a catalog but never placed an order, etc. Any ideas?
