Online network security degree - Is it safe?

By kdships ·
Guys I need some advice on this very sensitive issue. I intend taking a MS Network security program online but am not sure if this will help me much as I would like some hands-on kinda lecture room and not doing it over the internet. Don't think this would help me much. Am not sure though. Would this make any difference?

Hands On is always better

But depending on what assets you have at hand it may not always be possible.

If you can only do something on line you'll need to have some computer system to do some work on so that you understand what is being taught.

Good idea but...

Hands on is a lot better but my question is about the credibility of the online system. Can it be replied on? Do you think the course can be well covered using that?

If it is properly laid out

Yes it can but that will also require a lot of work and effort on the part of the ones running the course. As I said previously if this is all that is available to you it's your only real option but it wouldn't be my first choice if I had an alternative.
