best hire a cisco consultant

if you don't have any or limited experience with Cisco equipment, anything you do might screw up the current configuration and cause your client's network to go down. Then you would have to hire a consultant anyways and be liable for all the costs incurred because of the screwup.

Since you are a managed service provider, your contract will probably have a level of service agreement and also clauses of who pays what for a screw up. If you muck with it and it goes down then your probably liable.
