Once upon a time, I was able to download from TechRepublic, but for some time now that hasn’t been happening. I’ve read the FAQ that tells me to: “please make sure that you have FTP ports 20 and 21 open, as well as port 80.”
OK, I’m no tech guru, but I’m not clueless either. But I am clueless in finding where I can check these settings, let alone change them. Can anyone help guide me?
