I tried to install Oracle 9i client 9i on a Windows XP Professional. Oracle stopped installing at 20%. Now none of the Windows Services will start. I am getting an error of 1068 when I try to start all services. I can get on the internet but the icon is missing in the toolbar and also under network connections. The recycle bin is corrupted and alsocannot do a restore point
