My CEO and the VP are using Outlook 2003 as their mail client. We have an Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 Server with SP4.
The VP does all the calendaring for the CEO and they are the only 2 that can access the specific calendar.
Here’s the problem: The VP will enter a bunch of entries in the CEO’s calendar some are appointment and some are event that last a few days. Everything is ok except the multi-days events. They gets split into single day event and all from 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM (one hour).
I’ve check the time zone and all the time setting in both the VP’s and CEO’s computer and they are correct.
