Hi,
I’m trying to configure Outlook 2003 for an affiliated foundation that works with us.
They have their own unique POP account, while our email is hosted on an Exchange Server which we access through Outlook 2003.
We would like to be able to share Calendars between organizations, and one solution is to give each foundation member an email account on our Exchange Server.
However, we need to be able to disable their ability to send and receive e-mails from their exchange accounts, without removing the Calendar function. Is there an easy way to do this on the exchange server, or on the local copy of Outlook?
I tried to look at the “Send/Receive settings” but it doesn’t address this problem.
