i have created a rule in outlook 2003, we are on an exchange server, 2003 – i have set the rule to reply from the server using a specific email – the rule works fine, but when the recipient receives the email and opens it, so reads it, in their inbox the envelope icon still appears as unread, but the subject line has un-olded it self to show it has been read, can anyone help so i can make the icon appear as a read email please?
