Product: Microsoft Outlook 2007 (12.0.6300.5000)
Issue: Every morning, client has to go into email settings and uncheck box to “leave copy of messages on server”.
If he closes Outlook at any point during the day, at night, etc…this box is rechecked again.
If he unchecks the box and leaves Outlook open overnight, when he comes into the office in the AM, Outlook is unresponsive and he has to shut it down via Task Manager…then go in and uncheck the box again.
Email used to push to Blackberry device but no longer works.
Any ideas?
