Hi,
I recently got a company issued laptop with Vista and Outlook 2007. The company runs MS Exchange servers for email enterprise-wide.
My email account was setup and I migrated the PST file from my old XP before turning in the old laptop.
The problem is, when I am offline, my address book is totally blank. I have downloaded the offline address book multiple time over the past 2 weeks successfully. Still I cannot see any of my company email IDs in it. When I try to compose a new email or reply, Outlook is not able to resolve the names I enter.
Any pointers?
