What is the best book for training Outlook 98 (on Win9x workstations) in a WinNT 4.0 educational environment?

Thanks,
Michelle

A good source is Computerprep. They have material available for Instructor Led, Computer based, Interactive Multimedia and assessment. They provide training material to eductional institutions as well as for corporations. Log into their website at www.computerprep.com and do a product search on OUTL99801LG and OUTL99802LG. These are the books for level 1 and level 2 for Outlook 98. Each book costs $20 and works for group training or self paced. If you wish further information feel free toemail me or just look at their site. I have used these books several times for corporate training with various companies in my area, and they have been extremely well received.

Michelle, I train many Microsoft products and I use quick reference guides. These are tri-fold, regular page size card stock supplements. They are easy to use and provide a great after class reference. I use two different companies, Nevada Learning Series (800)296-5750 &
Quick Source (info @nlearnseries.com). Hope this helps.

Another good source of training manuals is ElementK (www.elementk.com), formerly Ziff-Davis. I used them for years and was always satisfied. As an aside:
From a technical standpoint, don't overlook the importance of having a good classroom setup for Outlook. I would configure an Exchange server so that the students can actually exhcange emails in class.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!
