Outlook archives cannot be opened at startup

Hello,

We have a problem with opening Archive files. We are running Exchange server 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients.
The Archive files ranging from 0 up to 2.5 Gig.
People get different Error messages, Map is not Valid, Access is Denied, Message-interface has reported an unknown error.

If you get the error-message and wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, Outlook will somehow repair the Archive and it will function good again.. Archive.pst is But the problem repeats itselve at every boot of the pc.
The Archives are situated on a network server (My documents, accessible to users). Users have a roaming profile so they can log in anywhere and still get their own settings.

We can’t figure it out what the problem is.
I just can’t imagine we are the only ones having these problems since almost everyone uses Archive files for storing huge amount of emailmessages.
Reason of posting this is that my users are getting a little annoyed if they can’t access their Archive in a normal way.
