How to print portrait on the "Outlook Today" on Outlook 1998 instead of print in landscape?

Use the Print command from the File menu instead of pressing the printer icon. You can click on the tabs to adjust the print settings once the printer select dialog appears.

Hi Brian,

Thank you for prompt reply. I did use the file menu, however there was no printer select dialog appear to adjust the print settings. I clik file menu, click print and it still print out landscape on "Outlook Today"

Open Outlook

Click File, select Print, click on the Settings tab

Look for the Orientation Box it should have a box to change the orientation for printing

One other option is to click on Start->Settings->Printers,right-click and choose Properties from list, select the Settings tab, find the orientation box, select and then click OK

Well, here's a workaround: Take a screemshot of the Outlook Today window (Alt+PrtScn ). Paste the screenshot into any image-editing program. Rotate the image 90 degrees, then print it out.
