Outlook caused an invalid page fault

By swomack ·
I am getting the following error message when closing Outlook 2000 on a Win98 2nd Ed computer:
Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff9db61. It goes away after clicking close. I can't find anything about this specific error message in MS Knowledge Base. I have more info on the error message if you need regarding the registers. I'm just trying to make it stop or should I not worry about it. Could this indicate a bigger problem with the OS or hard drive?

I don't know if any of your answers will work because I don't think they related to my specific situation. I have Outlook 2000 and answers 1 and 3 refer to Outlook 98. Answer 2 has something to do with IBM Dialer which I am not using. However, I probably will not get anymore responses so I'll try your suggestions and search the MS Knowledge Base some more. I'll also give you the points in case you have led me in the right direction. Thanks.
