Hello, and thanks for taking the time to look at this. I am stuck and both my Google-fu and the Microsoft KB have been unhelpful.
I have a friend who is trying to connect to his Office Live email using the Outlook Connector 12.1 with Outlook 2007 on an XP install. The server status shows that it cannot connect even though it will sync his calendar. If a Send/Receive is attempted, his pop mail sends and receives just fine, but his Office Live mail will report 80-95% complete and then drop down to about 40% complete before displaying the error.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the connector. I have also had him delete any emails with attachments or photos in them from the web based Office Live interface. I also made adjustments to a registry key that can cause problems when scanning emails for zipped attachments. All of this has been futile.
Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.
