I am running Server 2003. I have set up certain individuals at work to use Outlook with Microsoft Exchange and Internet Email services running. Birch, our ISP, holds our emails and we pull them off into Outlook. I have a copy of the messages being saved on the Birch server. When an Outlook user emails another employee who is not using Outlook but has the same email/domain ending as the Outlook user, the non-Outlook user does not receive the email. Likewise, if the Outlook users email themselves or other Outlook users in the company, they will get the email in Outlook but not on Birch’s webmail site. Obviously, I need to fix something on the server, but I’m not sure what. I have tried to set the Smart Host, but that did nothing for me. I would greatly appreciate any advice.
