I have all my addresses some in contacts and some just’remembered’ by outlook. However I cannot open outlook or the folders. This is not a server problem. I think it may be hardware. I have tried removing some programmes and this has not helped wiht opening outlook. I think I need to move to working on another (unconnected) PC but I donot want to lose allmy email contacts or indeed the favourites. Given that I canot get in to outloook is there a way of back addresses andfavourites up these up so that I can later download them on to a new PC.
