I am running Windows XP SP3, Internet Explorer 8 and Outlook Express 6.0.2900. When I open OE it is hung up on downloading a message and I get an error that OE message “Outlook Express did not shutdown correctly”
I deleted the last message from my ISP server, reinstalled IE and restored the system to an earlier date. The system is still not functioning right.
