I have two users now that are complaining of a problem that I just can’t figure out! In Microsoft Outlook, they go to add a new entry to their contacts. Fill out the name, title, etc, but when you either click in the ‘Home Phone’ field or hit save, Outlook freezes up.
Now this is kind of odd, as both machines that are having the problem are different. Both are laptops, though. One is a Vaio with a P2, 128MB, Win98 and Office 2000. The other is a Latitude with P2, 128MB, Win95 and Office 97.
