I have a nice looking template, built in MSWord and saved as an HTML doc, – looks like business stationary. It works fine for individually addressed email but gets all messed up when I attempt to use mail merge. It becomes an unformatted worddocument.
I want to send personalized emails, including the salutation. My thought was that maybe I could use a macro instead of mail merge. Outlook looks like it will use a macro but it doesn’t have a macro recorder.
Help. Any suggestions macro or otherwise?
