Outlook Web Access does not retrieve Mail box Emails

Does any one have an answer as why my users are able to log into OWA 2007 and see mails in their inbox but not able to retrieve them. Pleaasee help! we use Microsoft exchange 2007,Win server 2008 as DC; Office 2007 / 2003
environment.
