Does any one know how to over clock my Intel 440BX-2 mother board? or where i can get information about the that? Many thanks.....

Most of the time the info is on the MB manual. II look at Intel site and found a lot info on the MB, but not what you need. I guess you just have to check on your manual, then. Keep in mind that not all MB allow for over-clocking. But, if they do,usually is a set of jumpers in the mainboard or in the Bios.

Since over-clocking is considered abuse and worthy of voiding the warranty, I doubt you're going to find much information in the manual :-) At least not labeled as such.

basichardware.com has a pretty good section on overclocking as well as specific instructions for many motherboards.

I am unfamiliar with this chipset, but checkout www.overclockers.com there are many helpfull people there that know everything your heart desires regarding O\Cing a cpu.

there are some valid points it the posts above you should consider in overclocking... and a good site... overclockers.com and i offer a second site for your consideration... http://www.geek.com ... you can join ( for free ) get newletters... and they have a section on overclocking with articles on some of the attempts... good luck!!!
