OWA Graphics not loading on Login Page

Hi All,

My OWA appears to be working fine, but the opening page where you login has errors. You can login OK, and after the user logs in the OWA GUI looks right, it is just the login page? Here is a copy of it below

This is a public or shared computer
Select this option if you use Outlook Web Access on a public computer. Be sure to log off when you have finished using Outlook Web Access and close all windows to end your session.
This is a private computer
Select this option if you are the only person who uses this computer. Your server will allow a longer period of inactivity before logging you off.

Use Outlook Web Access Light
The Light client provides fewer features and is sometimes faster. Use the Light client if you are on a slow connection or using a computer with unusually strict browser security settings. If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer 6 or later, you can only use the Light client.

Like I said you can login fine and the interface looks correct, with color and all, it is just this page. I am using Exchange 2007, on 2003 server platform. I just ran some updates the other night and if someone thinks they can help, by knowing what updates I ran, I can post those later. Someone suggested that I install Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1, but I looked at the release notes, and it appears that it may break more than I am looking to fix.

Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.
