When a user of a laptop (Dell Latitude 600) attempts to launch IE the screen starts to load but then the system goes into a Blue Screen with the error (as much as I can get before the system reboots itself) Page_Fault_Nonpaged_Area. No other programs are running and there should be plenty of memory available. The system is running Windows 2000 SP2, 256 MB RAM.
