Page will not Print!

I will love whoever figures out how to print this page in Internet Explorer 5.5 and tell me why it won't print. No cheating-ie copying and pasting to Word or whatever. I want to be able to print it directly off the internet page. The link for the page is:

This appears to be a webpage that someone created in Word. Could you elaborate on exactly what happens when you try to print? What is the error you receive, if any? Does your printer icon get a red circle with a yellow question mark over it down by the clock in the system tray? Any additional information would be very helpful.

Let me elaborate: when I press print, nothing happens, there is a printer icon in the status bar that stays there until you close the page. I opened the printer properties and nothing is in the queue. There are no printer errors or messages of any kind, its like the command was never sent, very odd. I'm using Win98SE, IE 5.5 and Hewlett Packard printers.
