After I have installed the “LimeWire” file-sharing program on my PC, I could not open the “Add or Remove Programs” console from the Control Panel.
And the ‘Parser Message’ which says ‘Value creation failed” at line 472’ pops up.
What does thismean and how do I fix it?
I’m using XP Home edition.
