Password expires

By jhocez ·
The day before i logged in my workstation, there was a pop up message reminding me that my password will expire in 1 day and asking me if i want to create a new one. I clicked "NO". The next morning, when i tried logging in, my password is being rejected. So i reset my password in the Exchange Server and logged-in again in my workstation. My password was accepted but everytime i try to open my Outlook, i've been asked to enter my PASSWORD, USERNAME, and the EXCHANGE SERVER NAME. But it always been rejected. Do i need to create a new profile in the the exchange server?

I would try setting up a new profile in exchange, and reset Outlook. You might want to check the user profile on the workstation(logged in as admin) and make sure it's set to user cannot change password and password never expires.

You cannot change your network password at the Exchange server. I am assuming you are logging into a network everyday at work. You will need to contact your IT support center and have them reset your password. I am not sure if you have to type ina password each time you go into Outlook but here where I work it authenticates with the NT network password and does not require a password when opening Outlook. Hope this helps.
