When my PC boots up, it begins to restart and then my screen goes blank. I have swapped the hard drive with a different one, checked the CPU fan (I even blew out the dust from it and also the power supply) with the same results. I am using an IBM Netvista PIII PC, Win98, 128 ram, 933mhz, intel.
