I installed rebuilt a Pentium II 233 which over clocked to 333. after swaping out the cables for the hard drive and cd rom to make my harddrive primary and cd-rom secondary the computer would not turn on. It was the other way around which caused me to respond to a harddrive failure with a f1 during boot. which it then continued to load win 98. Now I can’t get the pc to power on at all.
Oh btw the mother board was under water at one time..Does this problem sound like its a bad mother board? Itshas a ATX power supply.
That was new. I replaced it. The other one was shot. I might end up replacing the whole thing cept the case…..let me know..thanks…
