I recently bought an IBM Netvista at a dealer and when I am working the vertical scrollbar keeps
going up and down without touching it.
I have a wheel mouse with USB cable.
I paid much money but nobody could fix the problem
so I tried to borrowanother mouse and it was all
fine, no problem.
It was a logitech mouse which worked perfectly
What is the problem??
