Here are the particulars: PCAnywhere 10.5 on a WinXP machine (host) connecting to a WinNT machine (remote) with same version of PCAnywhere. The File Transfer mode stops responding and freezes the remote machine when finishing a file transfer or exiting out of file transfer mode. I have found nothing on Symantec’s support site about this other than possible video card driver conflict. I have rebooted the remote machine into safe mode with generic video drivers and the problem still exists. Both machines have the latest PCAnywhere updates: 10.5.3 Build 505. These are my boss’s machines both home and office. Let me add I do not have this problem with my home or office machine connecting to his office machine. I am at a loss. Please help. If any more info is needed, just ask.
