pcanywhere out from a corporate network

I am trying to establish a PCANYWHERE connection as a HOST from a companys network to a remote user (a developer) who needs to send source code and compile it on a PC for transfer to UNIX. We can do this using “Dial Up” but we want to use broadband….

I have tried this using
“dial up” -> “internet” -> “Broadband”
on my own machines but I i am having trouble with (i think) either the companys “firewall” or something (even though i have set pcanywhere as an allowed program in the group properties thingy.
HELP!!!!
