PDF conversion Software

By rnk ·
There are myriads of PDF software for converting office docs, html & other formats to PDF. They include batch, server based converters used for eDocuments and the publishing industry.

Is there a resource to assess the effectiveness, ease of operation etc. of each.

Reference is made to software by: Adobe, Global Graphics,BCL Technologies, adLib Systems, Neevia Technology, Corda, Appligent Document Solutions, ActivePDf, Tall Components BV to name a few.

Office 2007 has a builtin PDF conversion utility. Cost is nothing, and it is integrated within Office.
