    Pen-tablets with Keyboards

    Locked

I have a client running 7 Fujitsu pen-tablets on a Win 2000 network. The client originally purchased one set of keyboards for the tablets at the docking station, then opted to change the keyboards. This client cannot locate the software for any ofthe pen-tablets nor the keyboards. I checked the drivers and they are all current. However, the keyboards intermittently do not work, and this subsequently causes a chain reaction with the other tablets on the network. I wanted to reinstall a tablet and the keyboard software but this is impossible without the software. In addition, any user that doesn’t have network admin rights gets a registry key error when logging on. Since I am new at wireless (and did not configure the network), I cannot determine whether this is a keyboard problem, tablet problem, network problem, or a combination of all three. I went to the Fujitsu site hoping to find something in the knowledge base but the only thing that came up is their support number.

Any ideas on what would cause these problems? Thanks!
