Pictures & Formatting not coming up

I am working in Windows XP, MSN and when I log in the page does not display the formatting correctly and usually shows pictures as a white box with a red x. If I right click on the x the pictures will show and if I refresh the page the formatting will come up correctly. This happens no matter where I browse. I am also getting runtime errors asking if I want to debug.

I have spent numerous hours with compaq and MSN to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas.

Sounds like you have a grabage install of IE. Remove and reinstall it. It's almost like you're connection isn't downloading the page properly, have you pinged your connection for drops or checked with your ISP?
