Not sure how, why or what has happen, but long story short, Im having trouble with my lap top..Its saying I have to complete the survey, i click on OK then it has a second box that pops up saying,” Please complete a survey in order to unlock your computer. Everything will be as before when you unlock your PC. Dont do this, see what happens. Thank you for cooperation.. UNLOCK code:____________ then it comes up with two options “Site” and “Verify”.. if I click site it comes up with win a ipad, $5000 cash etc..survey or when I click verify it gives me 2 warnings before it automatically shuts down..could someone please tell me what has happen,how does this happen,how can i fix it and how can I stop it from happening again?
