Setting up Point and Print on an NW 411 SP6a. Using an HP Laserjet 5SImx. After filling the destination directory for the driver and selecting the driver model, it begins to copy files. The copy seems to be OK but a bit slow (not hours, but spending a few seconds on each file, what I didn’t expected copying 700kb on a 10Mb Lan). Looking a the 12 files of the driver, two of them are named “SETxxx.TMP”. They are locked from my station and can’t be deleted or renamed (station: W98SE, client 3.10 SP2 or 3.21). I have to reboot the station. The problem can be reproduced on other stations. It also arrived with the driver of an HP 8550N but not with a Tektronix Phaser 850 DP. Tried to use other versions of those drivers (olders and newers) did not change anything.
Any idea???
