Port mapping

by jim_maclachlan . Updated 22 years, 9 months ago

We’re currently using Wingate to port map user sessions from one IP address & Port to a different IP Address & Port. Example: User connects to 111.222.333.444:2500 & is mapped to 10.10.10.10:50, an internal server. It’s an old, poor attempt at security that I inherited & I’d like to change, but there are issues that make it impossible to do immediately, so I’d like to find a newer device that would replicate this. It’s a pass through device, right now. No user authentication or licensing on the device – just on the software at either end.

Does anyone know of any other software or hardware that supports this?

TIA – Jim
