    How do I turn background printing off in Powerpoint ??

      Go to the Tools menu, click Options, and then select the Print tab.

      Look for Printing options, clear the Background printing check box.

      Go to Options, PRINT tab, then there is a check box for BACKGROUND PRINTING, make sure this is in the off position.
