I have a software package that allows you to scan medical documents and then print them. However we can only print these on the server. All the workstation will not allow us to print. The workstations are W2K pro and the server W2k pro. All the workstations have auto login and local admin rights.

When you scan the documents you have to save them to a file that everyone of the workstations can access via their logins.This can be achieved by having either mapped drives to the server or they are saved in a shared file on the server. To share a file right click the file,properties, and share then follow the destructions to add the logins of who to share with.
