our win2k citrix metaframe xp fr3 server crashed last week, i had to restore registry from backup to get it working now i am facing a strange issue when users without admin privilages try to print or save anything their setup window is very big and don’t have text over the button, all list boxes are empty, tabs are overlapping and very basic window , it fixes itself when they logoff and log back on, and after some time it happens again i have come across some scenarios where this issue definitely happens when someone access any website that has active x component & sends emails using outlook.nothing comes up in event log, userenv.log displays the following error when user without admin privilages logs on
USERENV(1068.de4) 14:20:37:525 GetUserGuid: Failed to get user guid with 1355.
