I am looking into justifying having our network printers under a maintenance plan and have a few questions.
1. When is a good time to have printers under maintenance (directly after the warranty expires)?
2. When is a good time to take a printer off maintenace?
3. Are there any benchmarks that show what a useful life of printer should be?
