My wife works for a Doctor who has 4 PC’s networked with I believe
Netware 4.1, they are running DOS 6.1 with a patients records
software. Well there is only one guy who knows anything about the
PC’s and he’s out of the country for the month. The problem is one
printer keeps printing the same stuff over and over, we have shut off
both printer and pc, same problem. Another office the printer just
suddenly quit, and yet another office the printer starting printing in
bold print. All same computers, all same dot matrix printers.
I want to help out, but to say the least I was never a DOS geek. Any
suggestions how I can troubleshoot this further?
