Problem imaging a Ciso 2600 Series router

By UAnimosity ·
Hey guys, Hoping go get a touch of help here.

I got 2 cisco 2610's from my job for 5 bucks apiece. I'm planning on using them and a few other pieces of hardware to make a practice network lab for my ccnp/ccie training.

I imaged my 1st router without a problem, but the 2nd one doesn't seem to like the image.

I'm imaging through tftp (not xmodem, god forbid...) and after the image is transferred into the router, i get this:
File reception completed.
TFTP copy: operation terminated due to bad checksum comparison.

I know the image works due to me using it on my 1st router and it loaded fine. I upgraded the ram and flash from a reputable e-bay seller, but I'm also aware it could be hardware related. Is there some way i can find out for sure?

Both routers are Cisco 2610 amd the image i'm using is: c2600-ipbase-mz.124-13a. Flash is 16mb per router and they both have been upgrade to 64mb RAM.

Thanks in advance.
