In our client part,a specific user fails to send an attacchment in .doc extension from lotus notes.We use domino mail server for our intranet purpose.There is a message appearing -“Sorry we fail to process your request for this time”, whenever attempting to send the message with the attachment.I have checked the attachment quota and it is ok.Please answer me the question.
