But now, we have a problem with saving data. When user want to create a folder for saving data from email, they created already but the folder has just created didn't appear on Windows Explorer. And when press Refresh the folder appear. I don't understand that solution. Anyone know this case and please give me a solution.Any help is very much appreciated.

The answer is fairly simple here.

As the user is creating a New Folder on a remote site they will only see what was originally on the page after they have made the new folder refreshing the screen allows the system to redraw the screen with the New Folders shown from the remote location that they have been working from.

The same thing will happen on a XP Peer to Peer network if you log onto a remote Drive/Folder and create a new folder until you refresh the screen you will be unable to see anything that you have created since the screen was last downloaded from the remote site.

For displaying the new created folder (or file) is normal to need a refresh. There is no other solution.

Or, click on Search button in Window Explorer, select the link ?All files and folders?, type the name of the folder and click on Search. Your folder appears. You can see under In Folder Where your folder is.
