Problem with Domain Login

By Fern72 ·
Recently replaced Linksys router to Belkin router.

Afer installed all the systems, I can't surf my internet. A box prompted me to input "User Name, Password and Domain Login".

I am not sure what is Domain Login means and I have tried ways to key in my User Name as well as Password. But it doesn't seems to work.

Anyone encounter such issue? Please help.

These may be your ISP login credentials.

You can probably get them off the old router, or your notes, or contact your ISP.

Also, you may not be set up correctly, and the router thinks that you are on a domain.

saved passwords / Proxy settings?

by Jarrett_Faulk In reply to Problem with Domain Login

go to control panel and go to user accounts

in there you will either see a tab for advanced or see blue type that says manage user passwords. Click on eithe of those and go to manage passwords and remove anything that comes up in the box. If there are non please check the proxy settings under the LAN button in Tools > IE options > Connections. Make sure proxy is turned off.
