Hi all. I have a user who download files from symantec web portal. Whenever she need to download a file she need to key in a part number. Each part number allows her to download a different file. But the filenames are all the same. Whenever she downloads the files she realise all the filesize are the same, so is the content. Before downloading she could see the filesize of the file to download and state that they are clearly different sizes and the content should not be the same. I believe it is caused by the fact that we enable caching on our isa server2004. My IT manager does not allow us to disable the caching function on isa. How can i solve this without disabling caching on isa? Thks in advance.
